Premier Research Labs' Cotton Flannel measures 20" x 59", is certified organic and is excellent for use in castor oil packs. Castor oil sold separately.

Castor Oil Packs

  • Dampen 6" x 8" piece of cotton flannel with 1 tablespoon of Premier Castor Oil

  • Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

  • Apply to area of irritation

  • Place a gentle heat source over the pack for 20 minutes

  • Dispose of pack after use
